Our events
Make sure to attend one of our parent educator-led events near you.
At the Vermont French Learning Hub, we encourage everyone to host their own French playdate or activity at a public library, park or playground.
We provide you with tools and resources - our Gobox, and you design your own gathering.
Merci for helping us build a joyful, welcoming French-speaking community for Vermont families!
À très bientôt!

Our event will include a Galette des Rois tasting & Mardi Gras craft. For the Galette des Rois tasting, we encourage participating families to make ahead and bring their OWN galette des rois to be considered in this fun-filled blind tasting competition. A simple 15-minute kid-friendly recipe is included in the event details but do not worry if you cannot make your own, there will be plenty to share!
VT French Learning Hub volunteers will also provide a themed story-time and engaging kid-friendly Mardi Gras craft for kiddos, to the sound of the song "J'aime la galette!".
The event will also be an opportunity for francophone families to continue to mingle in French and exchange around Carnival traditions from across the globe.
